Flowing feathers

The weather is supposed to go up to twenty degrees this weekend and I'm really hoping it does so I can throw on a summery dress and walk around the local market, looking at fresh fruit and beautiful jewellery! Today, though, it was gray and raining - so here's what I wore. I love this cardigan from Forever21 due to its open and flowy arms. It's great to just toss on top of anything.
